Agents overview
Use the AI agents available in your selected CJM project.
What agents do
Agents help with work inside the selected project. Open Agents from the sidebar to view the overview, start a chat, or create a routine.
The overview shows recent conversations and routines, plus total runs, input tokens, output tokens, and cost for the selected period. These figures help you understand activity and usage before creating more work.
Available agents
The agents you can select depend on what is enabled for the project.
- Pixel Setup Agent analyzes a website and proposes or configures valuable CJM Pixel events for it.
- Ads & Funnel Analyst analyzes campaign and funnel performance using the project data. When connected to the project, Meta and Google advertising sources can also be part of the analysis.
The analyst can use campaign, funnel, profile, and attribution information that is available to the project. It does not make unavailable integrations appear; connect the data source first when a question requires it.
If an agent is not in the list, it is not enabled for that project. Select the correct project or ask a project administrator to review its availability.
