Read the monthly report
Compare monthly marketing and sales results, including quarter-to-date and year-to-date rollups.
Open Reports → Monthly to review one row for each month in the selected date range.
Choose the report period
- Select the date range in the toolbar.
- Read the month rows from left to right.
- Use the table column controls to show optional quarterly or yearly rollups.
- Select Export CSV when you need to work with the report's monthly measures outside CJM.
Read the measures
The default columns cover leads, opportunities, won deals, cost measures, revenue, spend, and ROAS. Optional columns include quarter-to-date and year-to-date totals and costs. The CSV export includes the available monthly measures even when some columns are hidden in the table.
Some measures relate results to the month in which a lead was created, while others count the result in its own month. Read the column title before comparing these values. For example, a sale from a lead created in a previous month can appear differently from a sale attributed to leads created in the current month.
If the report is empty, check the date range and confirm that leads or revenue have reached CJM. The report does not create missing marketing or CRM data.
