Connect a CRM

Choose HubSpot, GoHighLevel, a Custom CRM, or a manual pipeline.

Connect a CRM to bring contacts, opportunities, and their stages into the CJM funnel. Start by choosing the path that matches how your sales data is managed.

HubSpot and GoHighLevel

  1. Open Pipeline → Connections.
  2. Find HubSpot or GoHighLevel and select Connect.
  3. Complete authorization in the CRM window, then return to CJM.
  4. Check that the card is connected. Select Complete Setup the first time, or Manage later.
  5. Choose a CRM pipeline and import it. Continue with Import and update a CRM pipeline.

The connection belongs to the current CJM project. Check the selected project before authorizing. Reconnect repeats authorization for that same project after access changes or an expired connection; it does not create another connection.

Connecting a CRM does not import a pipeline, leads, or historical data automatically. It only makes the CRM available to CJM.

Custom CRM

Custom CRM does not use OAuth. Select Enable or Manage webhooks, then configure the events your CRM or Zapier/Make automation sends to CJM. Use Connect a custom CRM for the webhook, field mapping, and Sync Out steps.

Custom CRM does not offer Import Pipeline, Sync stages, or Import leads. Create a manual pipeline in CJM, then link each stage to the exact raw crmStageId supplied by your webhook.

Manual pipeline

Choose a manual pipeline when you do not need an external CRM to define or update stages. Open Pipeline → Mapping, select Add pipeline, then choose Create empty pipeline. Add stages and map them to CJM stages.

A manual pipeline cannot import CRM stages or leads, and Sync stages is unavailable. It is useful for a small sales process maintained directly in CJM or as the destination for a Custom CRM webhook.
