Import a HubSpot form

Use this process to configure an existing HubSpot form in CJM. Importing brings the questions and, for choice fields, available options into the CJM configuration.

Import the form

1. Open Setup → Lead Forms.
2. On the HubSpot card, select Import Forms.
3. If required, select Connect Now and complete the HubSpot connection.
4. Choose a HubSpot form from the list and confirm import.
5. Open the form in CJM, configure answer categories and levels, then save and publish the draft.

If you cannot find a form, check that the integration is active and that your HubSpot account can view it.

Refresh an imported form

In the Draft view of a HubSpot form, select Refetch from HubSpot to read questions and options from the source form again. The confirmation warns that unsaved local updates will be replaced.

Save or note changes you want to keep before refreshing. Categories and levels already configured for matching questions and options are retained; new options start at medium level.
