Connect an AI client with MCP
Give a compatible AI client read-only access to CJM analytics.
What this connection does
MCP lets a compatible AI client read analytics available to your CJM organization. It can help inspect projects, performance, campaigns, leads, events, Pixel setup, and signal delivery health.
The connection is read-only: it cannot change CJM data, project settings, or integrations. It is separate from the project Agents area.
Before you start
You need access to the organization and an AI client that supports remote MCP connections with sign-in. Keep the CJM dashboard open while you connect it.
Connect your client
- Open the organization menu in the sidebar and select Settings.
- Open the MCP tab.
- Copy the MCP URL shown by the dashboard.
- In your AI client, add a remote MCP connection and paste that URL.
- Complete the sign-in window, select the CJM organization to share, and approve the requested read permission.
When the authorization finishes, ask the client a simple question about a project you can access. A successful answer based on CJM data confirms the connection.
Review or revoke a connection
Return to Settings → MCP. The page lists active connections with the client name and connection date. Use Revoke next to a connection you no longer trust or use. The client must be authorized again before it can read CJM data.
Common issues
- The client cannot connect: copy the URL directly from the dashboard and confirm that the client supports remote MCP sign-in.
- The expected project is missing: choose the correct organization during authorization and check that your CJM user can access that project.
- You approved the wrong organization: revoke the connection, then connect again and choose the correct organization.
