Understand how organizations, projects, and access work in CJM.
What an organization contains
An organization is the shared space for your team. It contains its projects, members, and organization-wide settings.
Each project keeps its own dashboard data, Pixel configuration, integrations, and users. Choose the right project before working on its data.
Open the organization menu in the sidebar to reach Projects, Members, and Settings.
Access at a glance
Two levels of access work together:
| Level | Roles | What it controls |
|---|---|---|
| Organization | Owner, Admin, Member | Access across the organization and member management |
| Project | Viewer, Editor, Admin | What a member can do in one assigned project |
Owners and Admins can access every project in the organization. Members do not get access to any project automatically: assign them to at least one project when you invite them or later from that project's settings.
