Read anonymous traffic
Understand consent-denied visits, devices, and bot signals without mixing datasets.
Open Traffic → Anonymous to view hits from people who did not give tracking consent. These hits are counted separately from consenting sessions and are not linked to individual profiles.
Read the anonymous overview
- Choose the date range.
- Review Hits, Pages reached, Denied, and Banner abandoned.
- Check the trend and device breakdown for the selected period.
Denied and Banner abandoned describe consent-related outcomes within anonymous traffic. They are not lead counts or Pixel-failure measures.
Compare bot signals carefully
The Bot signal widget has separate tabs for consenting sessions and anonymous hits. The two sets use different classifications and must not be added together or compared as if they measured the same population.
This page describes aggregate anonymous activity. It cannot identify a person, recover a profile, or reveal the full journey of a consent-denied visit.
