Read visited pages
Compare website paths for consenting visits and anonymous hits without mixing the two datasets.
Open Traffic → Pages to understand which website paths receive the most activity in the selected period.
Choose data and filters
- Choose the date range in the top toolbar.
- If needed, add a Channel or Event name filter.
- Review the overview metrics: Visitors, Sessions, Views, Events, Bounce rate, and Average duration.
- Clear filters before comparing the result with another view.
The overview metrics, comparison with the previous period, and the Visitors tab apply to consenting visits. Filters do not change the list in the Anonymous tab. If a filter returns no results, remove it before concluding that the website has no traffic.
Read the page list
The list has two tabs:
- Visitors shows paths from consenting visits.
- Anonymous shows hits collected without tracking consent.
The tabs answer the same question but use different datasets. Do not add anonymous hits to visitors or sessions, and do not compare their percentages as if they came from the same population.
If a list is empty, check the date range first. For Visitors, make sure the Pixel has recorded visits; for Anonymous, make sure there were consent-denied visits in the period. For consent, devices, and bot signals, see Anonymous traffic.
